Succulent Georgia wild shrimp, crab meat, andouille sausage, and a dash of beer are added to the traditional barbecue spice of rosemary, thyme, crushed red pepper, cayenne pepper, and fresh taragon. This mixture is then blended with mayonnaise, cracker crumb and Creole mustard. Hand made. Tremendous flavor with some kick!
